Returns & exchanges

Each Majestical Apparel shirt is made after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or color. Please check the measurements in our size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and problem. We will review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item.

Delivery problems

If your package has not arrived, contact us promptly so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. Check your shipping address and local post office first. Please do not send an item back without contacting us.

Refunds

Approved customer refunds are issued through the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
